In a list of COVID cases by county on a per capita basis (per the NO Times Picayune), 11 of the top 12 are in the NY Metropoitan region.  Bergen County NJ is 12.  

Orleans Parish is number 5 with 145 cases per 100,000 poplulation.

My former home, Staten Island NY is NUMBER 3 with 171.6 cases per

Number 1 is Westchester County NY, home of New Rochelle with 299.1 cases per 100::,000
