I agree with the others...
It definitely needs more width. The overall look is rather 90s. I was thinking it looked "canned," and, sure enough, there's "Website Building Software & Website Design Tools by Intuit Small Business" at the bottom.
Aside from width, the next biggest problems are: the centered text must go! And, there are too many (largish) buttons at the left; however many stay need to be locked in place in a fixed-position div.
Oh, and the embedded Flash item is nothing more than an image. There are a lot of Flash haters out there, and it makes no sense to employ Flash, when a simple image would accomplish the same thing.
Yeah... if they want to be taken seriously as a web presence, they are going to have to either dedicate themselves to learning HTML and CSS (and visual design), or pay someone to do the job. When I started writing, I was going to be more encouraging, but, people -- CUSTOMERS -- have low tolerance amateurish web sites.
