The way I see it, the point of limiting shares was to create a demand to buy a stock at IPO price rather than a higher price.
If they're going to set the prices way too high and make it so that way too many shares have to be bought before it moves off its IPO price... and set this up in a system where a single purchase/sale/short at reset causes movement that's exacerbated by sheep trading... then THIS SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK. I wish HSX would just admit that this was not very well thought out (similar to the Saturday halts) and make an effort to fix the problems. Enough people have complained about it.
