When is the STAR7 IPO finally going to begin trading? It's Nov. 17th already!

I was up at midnight last night, ready to buy up my Star Wars 7 stock as soon as it came online.  But it didn't.  And now that it's 8:30am on the East Coast, STAR7 has yet to come online.  When the heck is it going to be ready for trading??
