Problems connecting....

I just moved and the new network allows me to connect to every site and whatnot on the internet except for HSX and KAIGEE's site. This is my network, not one with any weird locks or firewalls. I can only connect by doing the slow connection way of connecting through proxy from some Russian or Brazil LAN. Any ideas how to fix this?
