I think a lot of people just don't care anymore and that's why there are not too many complaints these days. We still have to let them know that we are not happy with the site as it is now and hope that they will listen and make it better. But it has been so long since it was introduced and there are still so many problems. I can't remember the last time they announced an improvement.

I still like the game and would like to keep playing since I have been here for 9 years. But come on, HSX, listen to your users. Without us, what do you have?
