Is development on HSX pretty much dead?

2015 and no Facebook presence, and no IOS or Android app? These things would be simple to do,and would get people actually playing the game. Heck, Cantor could be making real money on this place, but oh well. I've tried getting people to play, and the answer has been "That sites's still around?" or "Never even heard of it."
