There seems to be a significant fundamental problem that apparently sixteen (16) Hours of HSX Server Maintenance could not fix - less than Fourty-Eight (48) Hours ago.
And this DOWN Time occurred during Peak Hours, not non-Peak Hours.
2016 HSX Performance is dramatically worse than 2015 HSX Performance which was significantly worse than 2014 HSX Performance. The Trend Line is not encouraging.
The last Ninety (90) Days have been the Worst.

FYI, HSX server was under attack during this downtime. Nothing to do with "fundamental problems". {nm} Aug 03, 09:49
