not able to long on since this server crash from home IP address?

Posted by: JohnBracken on Sep 06, 09:12 in response to RotoHockey2013Main Port's post RESET Crashed. HSX Servers went DOWN at 11:39 PM PST...

I can log on from different locations but not from my home IP address -- this is the only site I can not log on to. Why am I locked out of my account from home IP? What can I do. I have written multiple emailis to support@hsx.com but have received no reply. Please help.
