ok asking a simple q - have you cleared your cache. That's always the 1st thing to do. Do you use the login page or the url shortcut?

I find this works better than the login page and easier. The only drawback is your password is on your bookmarks. But HSX does not have any of your real word identity data I don't worry much if someone were to steal the password.
