Under developer tools, open the browser console. Go to the JavaScript...
tab, and clear it. Try mousing over a ticker, and see if an error message has appeared in the console. Not a sure thing that you would get a message, but, worth a try... for a hint.

No...has only been an HSX issue so far... they used to work, but no longer... {nm} Nov 22, 14:40
I just checked with Chrome v54.xxx, and, HSX mouseovers are working. {nm} Nov 20, 07:54
