New European GDPR regulations imposes strict requirements on the way businesses collect, store and manage personal data.
I thought it was mainly for big banks, social media and other entities like that but it seems to be affecting EVERY digital service that saves customer data. In this case, your portfolio for example.
I found out that there are teams of cowboy lawyers in Germany already trying to sue ANY website big or small that doesn't comply.
It's sorely needed in some cases (the data you bank has on you) but it now appears to be very poorly thought out in implementation.
