Yes I have read the link next to that section, but I think its just as simple as adding a check box asking if you wish this disclosed. If people are using Facebook login they are already giving permission for Facebook to share that information, and I think they have already been complying with the EU otherwise there would be major issues.

As to that German lawfirm suing anyone not complying, let them go for it. They might as well sue every website out there if that is a fact since everywhere uses cookies and gather's information on people.
