Yeah, it needs some manual clean up because Fund securities are reused.

Basically, the IPO Date is the first time it was ever issued. The Delist Date was the last time the Fund cashed out.  Both these dates are written by the computer. The Inception Date is the newest IPO date and is manually entered.
