Example of what I believe is a double commission charge. This is taken from my history for starbond "AMACK" shorted and then covered.
5/12/20 - 20,000 shares purchased @ 109.03 = 2,180,600 + comm chg'd 21,806 = total chg 2,202,406
10/15/20 - 5000 shares purchased @ 96.17 =       480,850 = comm chg'd 4,808   = total chg   485,658
Totals                                                                   2,661,450                         26,614*                   2,688,064

1/12/21 - 25,000 shares covered (sold) @59.15 Total proceeds                                               3,829,362

Average cost per share 2,688,064 divided by 25,000 = 107.52
Share profit 107.52 - 59.15 = 48.37 x 25,000 = 1,209,250
Profit credited 3,829,362 - 2,688,064             = 1,141,298
Commissions charged 1,209,250 - 1,141,298 =    67,952

Commission breakdown
Commission on original purchase per above    26,614*
Commission on sale 67,952 - 26,614 =    41,338
Total commission 67,952

Commission on sale must have been calculted as follows
Shares covered 25,000 @ 59.15 = 1,478,750 x .01 = 14,787
At this point commission on the transaction should be
Original purchase 26,614
Sale 14,787
Total    41,401

Commission charged as above was 67,952 which is a difference of 26,551 which is the amount of commission on the first sale ($63 variance due to fractional differences) or in other words commission appears to be charged twice on the original purchase. This appears to only happen when 2 purchases on the same starbond is made.
