Market manipulation may include, but is not limited to: coordinated trading by different HSX accounts. If you purchase something today, on one account, and use another account tomorrow to do the same thing, it "artificially affects the market price of a security". Multiple accounts, traded same day or not (rule vs your interpretation), can still be manipulative to the market.
