Sigourney Weaver and Jennifer Love Hewitt play a mother-daughter con artist team that in Grifters-like fashion steal both money and hearts from the dupes they defraud. Gene Hackman will play a wealthy man targeted by the duo, while Jason Lee will play an easy victim targeted by Hewitt's character who eventually falls in love with him.
