Description

Beyond the Sea is a biopic tracing the tragic-heroic life of the late teen singing idol, Bobby Darin. Born with a rare heart condition that was to limit his life span to merely 16 years, Darin suvived to age 37 when he was felled by a blood infection contracted during open heart surgery. Darin produced such hit songs as Splish Splash, Mack the Knife and Beyond the Sea.

Kevin Spacey will direct and star in the drama about the famous singer.
