Description

The Black Dahlia tells the story of the 1949 murder of movie star Elizabeth Short. Although a number of people confessed to the murder, all were discredited or found mentally incompetent. Based on novel by James Ellroy (L.A. Confidential), the movie follows the efforts of the two detectives assigned to the case.
