Description

Serenity is the feature version of the cult television series Firefly from Fox. Joss Whedon, the creator of the short-lived show as well as Buffy the Vampire Slayer, will make his feature directorial debut. Set 500 years in the future, the sci-fi story revolves around the crewmembers of a small spaceship and their quest for survival.
