Noise stars Tim Robbins in the real life story of writer-director Henry Bean. Robbins plays a man who goes on a crusade to stop the man-made sounds infecting New York City. He becomes a vigilante who breaks into cars to disable their alarms. When he got caught and sent to jail, he emerged as an activist on the issue of noise pollutione.
