Description

Warner Bros. is developing a theatrical adaptation of Philip K. Dick's novel A Scanner Darkly. The film follows a man named Bob Arctor who works as a narcotics officer and is addicted to a drug called Substance D. Steven Soderbergh and George Clooney produce the film at Section Eight films.
