Description

A Thousand Splendid Suns will be Khaled Hosseini�s second novel to be turned into a feature film. The drama is set against the current war in Afghanistan. Two women maintain a friendship even though they are married to the same man. Hosseini's first novel was the international phenomenon The Kite Runner. The script is adapted by Steve Zaillian.
