Holdovers steadied the traditionally slow post-Thanksgiving weekend as Moana [MOANA] repeated at number one with an estimated $28.4 million. The animated film dropped 50% from its debut to bing its total to $119.9 million.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them [FBSTS] remained in second with $18.5 million. The Potterverse prequel has hauled in $183.5 million.
Arrival [SOYLF] moved up to third place with $7.3 million for the weekend and $73.1 million in total.
Allied [ALLID] held the fourth spot at $7.1 million, off 44% from its opening. The war romance has earned $28.9 million.
Bad Santa [BSNT2] declined 47% in its second weeend to $3.3 million and eighth overall.
The only new wide release for the weekend, Incarnate [NCRNT] charted at ninth with $2.7 million.
