First trailer for The Art of Getting By

Fox Searchlight has debuted the first trailer for the coming-of-age story The Art of Getting By [ARTGB] which premiered at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival under the title Homework.  Freddie Highmore [FHIGH], who is all grown up since Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, plays a high school slacker who gets put on academic probation.  The artistic outcast strikes up a friendship with the popular girl, played by Emma Roberts [EROBE], but is reluctant to express his true feelings towards her.  The Art of Getting By opens in limited release June 17th.
