Warner Bros. has won a lawsuit filed by the heirs of Superman co-creator Jerome Seigel over license fees. However, the court also ruled that if Warner Bros. doesn't start production on the next Superman [SUPR2] movie by 2011, then the heirs may sue for damages. AICN reports a rumor that Justin Timberlake [JTIMB] has screen tested for Green Lantern [GLANT]. He would join Chris Pine [CPINE], Shawn Roberts, and Brian Austin Green as candidates to suit up as Hal Jordan.
