Carrying away an estimated $76.0 million at the weekend box office, Ant-Man and the Wasp [ANTM2] led the way again for Disney. However, the Marvel sequel proved to be frontloaded as the Friday portion, which included the Thursday preview, accounted for 44.5% of the weekend. The audience was 55% male and 58% over the age of 25.
Incredibles 2 [NCRD2] remained in second with $29.0 million, advancing its four weekend total to $504.4 million.
