A24 has revealed the full-length trailer for the drama A Most Violent Year [AMVYR] set in New York City of 1981. Oscar Isaac [OISAA] and Jessica Chastain [JCHAS] star as a married couple building their American Dream even as violent crimes and institutionalized corruption threaten to tear their business and family life apart. Directed by JC Chandor, the film will world premiere at the AFI on November 6th. A Most Violent Year opens in limited release on December 31st.
Walt Disney has released the trailer for the sports drama McFarland, USA [MCFAR] based on an inspirational true story. Kevin Costner [KCOST] stars as the new coach of a high school cross-country track team in rural Central California that must overcome socio-economic challenges in order to become champions.
