Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson [DJOHN] star as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele who engage in a S&M relationship where she submits to his dominance. 50 Shades of Grey hits theaters on Valentine's Day weekend.
Sony has uploaded the first trailer for the comedy sequel Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 [MALC2]. Kevin James [KJAME] reprises his role as the security guard who heads to Las Vegas to attend a Security Guard Expo where he stumbles across a heist. Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 slides into theaters on April 17th.
Winning over critics and moviegoers alike, Disney’s animated blockbuster Big Hero 6 [BHERO] should continue to fly high on extremely positive word of mouth. BayMax has no competition for the family audience. Frozen opened over Thanksgiving last year so its hold pattern isn't comparable, but Wreck-It Ralph didn't and declined 33% in its second weekend. Big Hero 6 may be able to hold 70% of its opening weekend at around $39 million.

Ben Stiller [BSTIL] returns as the museum night watchman along with the late Robin Williams as President Theodore Roosevelt in his last on-screen role. Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb opens its doors in December 19th.

Johnny Depp [JDEPP] stars as a high-society arts dealer who's been commissioned by the British government to track down a stolen painting in the United States. George Lopez [GLOPE] stars as a teacher who mentors four Hispanic high school students in an engineering club. They enter a national robotics championship against teams from much more prestigious schools. Spare Parts arrives in theaters on January 16th.
