Connecting with both devout Christians and non-religious moviegoers alike, Noah [NOAH] gathered an estimated $44.0 million to lead the weekend box office.  The biblical epic attracted an audience that was evenly split between males and females while 54% were over the age of 25.

Last weekend's top film Divergent [DVRGN] took second with $26.5 million, down 51% from its debut.  The sci-fi film stands at $95.3 million.

The Weinstein Co. has debuted the trailer for the music comedy Begin Again [CSSYL] formerly titled Can A Song Save Your Life on the "Today" show.  Mark Ruffalo [MRUFF] plays a recently fired record executive, while Keira Knightley [KKNIG] plays a recently dumped singer-songwriter.  After meeting during one of her accoustic performance at a small venue, they decide to work together and record an album at various locations in New York City.  Begin Again starts its run on the 4th of July.

Universal has dropped the full-length, theatrical trailer for the horror sequel The Purge: Anarchy [PURG2].  While the teaser foollows on a young couple stranded in downtown Los Angeles on the eve of the crime and no punishment holiday, the new trailer focuses on the character, played Frank Grillo [FGRIL], who goes out armed to help the innocent people and ends up coming face to face with members of the New Founding Fathers of America.  The Purge: Anarchy commences this year on July 18th.

Paramount has unleashed the teaser trailer for the live-action reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles [TMNT1].   The heroes in a half-shell apparently have a new origin story as they are now created by the Shredder-to-be villain, played by William Fichtner [WFICH], and the father of reporter April O'Neill, played by Megan Fox [MEFOX].   Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles somersaults into theaters on August 8th.

Warner Bros. has unveiled the second, full-length trailer for the sci-fi adventure Jupiter Ascending [JUPTR] from the Wachowskis [WACHO]. Channing Tatum [CTATU] stars as a space elf, I mean genetically engineered solider, who rescues a woman, played by Mila Kunis [MKUNI] who turns out to be a queen destined by her genetic markers to bring balance to the force, or the cosmos same difference.  Jupiter Ascending takes off on July 18th.

Fox has released the first, redband trailer for the comedy Let's Be Cops [LBCOP].  Jake Johnson [JMJOH] and Damon Wayans Jr. star as two buddies who are mistaken for real police officers one night and learn that being cops has its perks. With a newfound purpose in life, they decide to go all out and carry on their pseudo-career in law eforcement.  Let's Be Cops opens in theaters on August 13th.
