It is just slightly annyoing when you see the same common question repeated over and over and over. Scroll down, look at rolled pages of forums topics, explore for yourself to find an answer rather than posting about it; it has probably already been answered or talked about. To your points above: 1) Yes, I agree it was a pretty quick release, but it wasn't unreasonable and they did give you access to it ahead of time. 2) No, there wasn't organized feedback. All they asked was to post a comment on either feedback board (v2 or v4) and they usually responded to it. 3) I don't understand the need for them to communicate with users during the transfer. They said it'd take about 24 hours....it took about 40. Big deal. I guess they could have told us a specific time when it'd be live, but then people would complain that it took more than 40 hours. 4) Your suggestions were too long to post on a forum? How then would you like to suggest them? I remember a number of quite lengthy forum posts with suggestions, and the admins responded to those posts as well. You could have emailed them to HSX too. The important thing was getting them out there and letting them be known, so they could act on them. I still have many things I'd like changed, but if I were forced to pick this or Orange, I would be counting my lucky stars I had this as an option vs. Orange.
