Sure, Blame the Users
The facts are that: (1) it was an atypically short period of time for a beta release; (2) there was no setup for an organized collection of feedback by functionality; (3) once the upgrade began, there was no communication with users at all, which could easily have been done on the page they used initially for that purpose; and (4) from my standpoint, my list of bugs or cosmetic suggestions was way too long to post on a forum post. I prefer the new design (with a lot of on going improvements and cleaning up, especially in the Help section), but have never been impressed with the site's development practices. Don't blame the users for that. They have a right to often be frustrated by ongoing issues with user communications and administrative errors.

the plain fact is that the original site was simple, very easy to use and streamlined. this new one is mostly flash {nm} Jun 27, 17:27
