Quick question. Why am I limited to only being able to buy 100,000 stocks? Is it the same for everyone? {nm}

It's meant to level the playing field. This way a player with a million dollar port isn't able to buy a huge number of shares and

Oops - make that a *billion* dollar port :) With no limit to the total shares available they could put their whole port into one stock.

In the 'olden' days, you only used to be able to buy 20K shares...it was that way for a LONG time... then it went to 50K shares over time...

Max holding on stocks was 50,000 but earlier phases had lower limits.
