I seem to remember the eventual opportunity for a person to start and manage a fund. Is this feature no longer available? I think there used to be a minimum port value needed in order to start one (I think back in the day it was around 100M) but I haven't found any info on this anywhere on the site. This is my first post (been on HSX for more than 10 years though), so I apoligize if this has been covered and I missed it.
