Theoretical Question: you start your account today; what do you do? (specific!)

Thanks to those who responded to my earlier question about new-player aid.  I've read a few of the older posts here and seem to be getting the hang of things.


I was wondering what some of the more experienced people would do if they just opened a $2mil. account today, with this week's slate looming.  How would you maximize profit?  Would you throw everything into one stock and ride it?  If so, which stock?  Would you spread it around a bit?

I was hoping for a fairly specific response.  I don't think this is a violation of the policies on the site/forum, since I've seen people post specific advice about stocks in other threads.  I have all my money tied up and think I did a pretty good job at starting out, so I'm not looking for someone to tell me exactly what to do, I'm simply interested in how an experienced player would play that first week if they happened to start an account on a Wed.  Specifically this Wed., since having examples often tends to illustrate far better than vague ideas.

Any ideas?
