Well...reset is another thing...my point was
that freezing prices also gives everyone a chance to make trades on any of the openers before reset hits - thus allowing people an equal chance to trade before prices start moving.
Also, as MM pointed out below, it also is easier on the servers this way, as in the olden days, only those who could get IN and trade were able to take advantage of price movements - which also was unfair to many players.
I think having prices frozen serves both purposes - allows more fairness to players in different time zones, and helps with server load for HSX.
Since movie stocks that opened this weekend are no longer halted, why don't the prices move until tomorrow? Sep 07, 13:59
