If a movie bombs/does well, you can reposition your moviestock position till Saturday night and have more "information" on how it will adjust. Even if you're initial guess is wrong, you don't necessarily have to take a loss.

OW is set in stone Friday with no BO data. And if you are wrong here, you definitely take the loss.

No data = greater risk than some data.

I'm probably about to find out, but: OW is not a write off (like Call/put) if BO doesn't make it? it's just a loss of the difference? {nm} Ryan_Stewart Apr 30, 13:28
