Bonds are the set pieces to this game and there is a definite pattern.
4 points of significant movement -
when the movie the bond is attached to opens wide and DL gives their first guesstimate
when the calender updates and people see the bond adjusts next week
the fri-mon period immediately before the tuesday adjust
the day after adjust (situational movement though)
You could also throw when KaiGee updates in there somewhere but someone that uses that site more often would be better informed than me.
Limiteds are almost the same but 12 weeks vs 4 weeks which can lead to some profits b/c of their less secure standing.
Furthering Forlorne's point.....if you played the three most significant bond adjusts for this week right before 6pmEST, you would've invested 2.11mill and would get back 880k in about 19 hours....that's +41% in a day or about +2% an hour.....really have to think about money management and efficiency when playing bonds (or anything really) at your port value.
