OK....here we go....First, you mean "strike" not "stake" Buying at 25 means that it had better have a box of 175 or more...
(strike of 150 + price of 25 = 175)
If the box office at the time was 195, then it would cash out (delist) at 45 or more (195-150)
When the box office total is more than the current price, or in the case of a BW, the box office, less the strike is greater than the current price, it is referred to as "ARB" short for the real world term of arbitrage. When a security is ARB, it is an automatic profit.
In the case of BW's since most investor's already own then, it is often true that the .BW security always trails the delist vailue and may never catch up. On the other hand, there are a couple of BW warrants that overshot the mark and have become short. You have to check the box office totals, and projections as they reach weeks 9-12.
