The best way to make thousands of percent is to buy a penny stock and wait/hope that it gets some news that makes it rocket.
The share limit actually helps the smaller ports as it stops the bigger ports buying millions of shares and increasing their lead over everyone else exponentially.
The ARB situation just happens because Antibody underestimated how much it would make in 12 weeks (not a criticism - it is easy to have 20:20 hindsight) so the cashout price has exceeded the price driven by demand.
