That statement doesn't make any sense to me at all
Volume drives securities up or down. Limiting volume (cap on shares) in any way is supposed to prevent a player from "rigging" the game.
The gain is also pretty much set in an ARB situation, give or take. If the info is out there for EVERYONE and not just for a select few, how is it "rigged"?.
And say ARB situations make you 3mill weekly (they do not).....the better players can make 30+mill a week....that would account for a tenth of a weekly gain. ARB situations don't get that high weekly and there is a high likelihood that the better ports are already in on the play before they turn ARB.
Questionable elements in this game....capped shares and ARB aren't among them.
