The "Penny Stock" strategy is a "buy and forget" one. It only takes one of them suddenly reporting 10M in BO

three years after you bought it to pay off for lots and lots of ones that cash-out at $0. Its also a buy as many as you can strategy, don't be selective because its impossible to predict how projects that have basically been on hold or abandoned by the studios may change and mutate if they suddenly come alive again. The Incredible Shrinking Man is an example, originally it was going to be an Eddie Murphy comedy. Now its with a new studio and probably a new basic concept.
