maybe you should re-evaluate why you own these stocks, or your timeframe
if you own them for a trade, then trade them. if you think they are underpriced, then don't worry about the day to day movements and just hold them.
sometimes, a long term idea doesn't work out, so you dump it.
i for one, think the game is much more fair now than it has been in the past. reset is no longer the wild west that one needed to stay up for, but it can determine what direction a stock moves on a given day.
try and find stocks that you think are undervalued, and research bonds as well, and you will do fine.
