My penny stock project, status report...
For this side project in my big port, I purchase as long, any Concept, Development, Production or Wrap stocks that I can get for 10 cents a share or less. I generally hold them through delist, as high % gain pets. If they've gained a lot, and begin to drop, instead of selling to short, I just short along with the long, to minimize losses.
Here's a summary of performance of stocks purchased and held this way, now making up, in my portfolio, 37% of the 1500 Moviestocks available on HSX, purchased over a long period of time, for just H$1.34M. It's not a serious way to grow a port, but, an interesting diversion for a port that's growing by more traditional means.
