can quit if they really want to, but it doesn't matter...really. You cannot re-enter a league you have been removed from, but sinnce you graduated, your value will never be that low again. So you will never want/have to join a lower league. So don't feel guilty, it's totally fine. Everyone knows that I graduate the players out when they hit the magic number at month's end. No fault found.
