I wouldn't think so. Calculating the rate takes up processing time for no reason. What do you do, average rate, integrate all the values?
I suspect it's a simple as looking at what your port size is and choosing 20M if your're under a certain size and 50M if you're over that. The different between multimillion or multibillion port is an order magnitude, so plotting with 50M will be fine, until you reach the next order, which is a trillion dollar port. The code for that probably hasn't even been written yet.

No, the chart is a fixed height so has to change intervals as required to fit into that height. Jan 14, 17:19

No, the check is not against port SIZE it is against the CHANGE in port size. {nm} Jan 15, 12:41
