Do you use the HSX Daily Movements site, I've noticed there is a change on many stocks in the morning when people wake up (US time), so mayb
if you aren't going to be up at that time you should leave things alone

Just change the stock symbol (tbfg) to look at more stocks - or you can go to KaiGee's site, the graphs are included for each stock. I'm not sure how often that site is updated but the main site is update every 5 min.
Remember that the time is pacific time and does not account for daylight savings, so now it shows the reset at 11pm instead of 12am pacific.
For you on eastern time 3:30 am = 11:30 pm on the graph. If you follow a stock in real time, you can see when it's stopped dropping. although that's not a guarentee if won't drop more later.
If I'm following a specific stock I'll often keep a browser tab with that graph (or multiple graphs so I can page back and forth thru them), just refresh and it's updated. For a fast moving stock 5 min can be too long, but it's been very helpful to me.
Also use your cursor to highlight a section so you can see the intervals better, just refresh the screen and it will re-load the whole graph again.
