$350 IPO - food for thought...
So, with all the discussion about the huge IPO, various players' perception of fairness, and fear of the inavoidable and uncomfortable market churn, there are many of us that absolutely see the necessity of high priced IPO's - and a lot of us agree the problem isn't the property - it's the player response.
So my question is this - would it feel "fairer" to release a stock like this without holding reserve shares? In other words, maybe releasing at $300 (as an example) without a locked price or adjustment free period, so market forces truly set the price?
That would be quite tumultous in my opinion and a very, very interesting way to see how the stock is played.
