Question about the low priced stocks and release

So i just took a gamble and bought the maximum amount of stocks for the movie that opens this week and had 0,02 as a price. The moves priced around 0,01 - 2, is it possible for them to attract around double their investement in the end? Have there been a movie priced that low that went over 5 in the end?
