but it takes an actual violation to casue a sanction. Fortunately, in a giant portion of this world, simply not liking somebody is not grounds to punish them. Outside of just not being their friend. And there are ignore scripts that actually even fix that problem.
But again, if Roto ever does anything wrong, he will be busted. And therein lies the rub. He knows what he's doing and he won't break the rules.
